We will work in pairs exploring the felt bodily sense and energetics behind our needs and values, rather than what we think about them. This can be experienced as an entry point into an inner world, the divine, and a deeper awareness of what is. This naturally connects, extends, and expands from our hearts.

Sun, 08/20/2017 - 1:00pm - 4:15pm

We will look at power dynamics in our relationships and in society as a whole and how they affect our choices.

In our power over/domination society, guilt is both disempowering and "the glue that holds this structure together" (Kristin Masters). We are going to burst out of that bondage, Wonder Woman style, connecting with our longings and using our power to create a world where we and every being matters.

Have you ever had the experience of saying or doing something in total innocence and having it be received as an attack, an outrage, inappropriate, or even worse? Then you may struggle with your need to be understood or seen? Add racial differences into the mix, and you have gunpowder and a fuse.

If you want peace instead of WWIII at this point, you need to learn how to separate your intent from the impact that it has made.
