Location:  Bolton Street Synagogue (behind the Royal Farms store)
                  212 W. Coldspring Lane, Baltimore, MD 21210

Presented by Rhonda Eldridge, CNVC trainer

Do you have rules within your family? Does everyone follow the rules willingly?

Do you have household expectations based on how you were raised? Are you satisfied with the division of labor?

At Family HEART Camp, instead of working on “rules,” we start the week with an exercise in making family agreements with care. We have found that by including the whole family in the process of what can be called “rules," it greatly increases the possibility that people actually follow through. Go figure!

Areas we discuss are:

Are we going to sit together at meals? How often do we need or want to check in with each other? What about use of electronics?

Bring your inner child and inner parent, and let's practice making family agreements the Family HEART Camp way. By the way, your entire family doesn’t need to be present for you to gain skills in deep listening and loving speech, leading to greater harmony in your family!

Rhonda Eldridge is a dedicated and extremely skilled certified NVC trainer with 6 years of experience hosting NVC-based Family HEART Camps.

This Baltimore Sunday event is a monthly occurrence, a workshop offered by a local trainer to support NVC understanding and practice.

We welcome new participants at any level. It’s fun when a "newbie" comes and we, "newbies" not so long ago, suddenly see that we’ve learned something important we can pass on, at the same time deepening our understanding of new contexts. If you're already skilled in NVC, we would enjoy sharing support and companionship.
