  • Are you longing for more freedom and choice in your life but often feel stuck or down and unable to really reach what your heart longs for?
  • Do you try your best to communicate and connect with a partner, child, or family member, and deep connection always seems a step away?
  • Are you trying to create a new family or group culture and keep seeing old cycles of pain happening over and over?

These are some of the many intuitive questions that we have in our lives, questions we don’t usually ask ourselves or friends out loud and that often stay unanswered, clouded in confusion or despair. Or we are so used to them that we have found ways to cope with them but never quite feel fully ourselves or free to create the life our hearts truly long for.

Are you ready to ask yourself some courageous questions, explore what may be blocking you in your move toward greater connection, and see how restorative movement or healing might get you closer to the quality of living and relating that you are longing for?

Join this day-long exploratory workshop using the processes and approach of Systemic Family Constellation. This transformative process is a way to explore the field in between us, to make transparent intergenerational, historical, and societal pain and trauma that may be passed on from parent to child and onward.

Using value-based (NVC) and restorative dialogue, deep empathy and honoring, and trauma-informed Family Constellation work, this day is an invitation to see what emerges and can be transformed instead of transferred.

Chaos to Clarity; Using NVC and Needs to explore critical decision-making

Sun, 10/29/2017 - 1:00pm - 4:15pm

In this session we will be exploring difficult choices using NVC, needs awareness, and overall self-connection.  We will also explore self-empathy for the needs sacrificed by choosing one option over another.  Exercises will include role-play with practical examples.  This session will be co-led by Chris and Leland.
